Erik Homes LLC enlisted LPS’ services with their plans to improve 404, 412, and 414 22nd street as a condominium lot with 6 duplex units and 4 backyard duplex cottage units, for a total of 10 residential units. The existing lot lines were removed to create one parcel via this subdivision application. The development design consists of three 3-story duplexes along 22nd street and two 2-story duplex backyard cottages in the rear. All vehicular access to the site will be from the alley, 21st street. Twelve outdoor parking spaces and four garage spaces are proposed in the rear.
