Melissa is experienced in urban design, campus planning, residential and commercial design, re-zoning, landscape architecture and natural resource management. Efforts over the past 22 years have given Melissa great exposure and expertise in planning, urban design and site development.
Working as an engineer in Hampton Roads for the 13 years, Jeff has design, management and field expertise. His efficiency and high-quality work have become well known and he has formed many long standing relationships with city officials and developers throughout the region.
Jon’s design work has been sought after by several builders throughout Hampton Roads and covers a vast range of design styles from homes suited for small lots to beautiful custom homes. Jon received two Honor Awards from the city of Virginia Beach for Creative and Innovative Design Solutions in Residential Development for The 73rd Street and 24th/25th Street Projects.
Eric’s passion for landscape architecture and site design has taken him from Charleston to Manhattan. Eric’s talents allow him to work on a variety of project stages, such as conceptual site design, detailed private residential and commercial landscape plans, illustrative master plans, park and recreation facility design.
Randy has worked side-by-side with Jeff Heuntelman for over 10 years. Together they have completed site and subdivision plans along with , stormwater management designs and plans, for many sites throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Randy’s long association with Jeff allows for accurate plans to be produced quickly and efficiently.
Nathan brings an exceptional blend of mechanical intuition and industry knowledge to LPS. He has consistently been recognized for his keen ability to increase efficiency and decrease the need for reengineering. His creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills is complemented by an acute understanding of detail drawings and specifications.
Scott is well known name in municipal, government and commercial engineering projects throughout our region. His expertise includes water distribution, wastewater, stormwater design and site development including closed storm drains, open channels, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management ponds.
Natalie has a wide range of experience in design, rendering and drafting and is a tremendous asset to the team. Thomas has been with LPS since 2013 and is a welcome addition to the engineering team. With his talent for drawing and attention to detail, Thomas prepares strategic site plans and stormwater management facility designs for both commercial and multi-family residential projects.
With a varied catalog of civil engineering design experience, James brings an exceptional depth and breadth of knowledge to LPS. He has consistently been recognized for his keen attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the overall project parameters.
Greg has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Civil Engineering with concentrations in archaeology and engineering management from Cornell University. He is a professional engineer registered in North Carolina and Virginia. He began working in land development engineering with LPS in March of 2016.
