Thomas You
Thomas has been with LPS since 2013 and is a welcome addition to the engineering team. With his talent for drawing and attention to detail, Thomas prepares strategic site plans and stormwater management facility designs for both commercial and multi-family residential projects. Notable work includes over 38,000 square feet of office and retail space for Riverfront Shoppes in Suffolk and a 90-unit apartment and townhome community at Riverview at the Preserve in Chesapeake.
Besides devoting his time to his wife and daughter, Thomas enjoys tinkering with his computer, automobile, house, and just about anything he can get his hands on.
